清華大學擬對您作出予以退學處理，由于難于聯系到您，無法直接送達本通知，特予公告送達。自本公告發出之日起，滿十個工作日，即視為送達。公告內容如下：

劉 ** 自 2020-2021 學年秋季學期始在未向學校履行任何請假手續的情況下，逾期兩周未注冊。根據《清華大學研究生學籍管理規定》（清校發〔2019〕49 號）第三十二條第（8）項的規定，擬予以劉 ** 同學退學處理。

劉 ** 對此處理意見如有異議，可以在擬處理意見書送達之日起 5 個工作日內，向本院系研究生管理部門提出書面申辯。

KELLEY** has failed to complete the registration procedure within two weeks of the prescribed time without applying for leave since the fall semester of 2020-2021 Academic Year. According to Subparagraph 8 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, he will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, KELLEY** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.
