美國白宮4日發布公告，宣布全面限制阿富汗、緬甸、伊朗、也門等12個國家的公民入境美國，部分限制布隆迪等7國公民入境。

根據白宮發布的公告，該限制令將于美國東部時間9日生效。美國以“國家安全”等為由，對阿富汗、緬甸、乍得、剛果（布）、赤道幾內亞、厄立特里亞、海地、伊朗、利比亞、索馬里、蘇丹和也門等12國的公民實施全面入境限制。

美國還將部分限制布隆迪、古巴、老撾、塞拉利昂、多哥、土庫曼斯坦和委內瑞拉等7國的公民入境美國。

US President Donald Trump signed a proclamation Wednesday evening to ban travel from several countries to the US, citing security risks.

The proclamation fully restricts and limits the entry of nationals from 12 countries: Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.

The entry of people from seven other countries: Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela, will be partially restricted, the official said.

聲明稱，此舉是為了保護美國的國家安全。根據聲明，這項公告對美國合法永久居民、現有簽證持有人、某些簽證類別以及入境符合美國國家利益的個人給予例外規定。

The proclamation includes exceptions for lawful permanent residents, existing visa holders, certain visa categories and individuals whose entry serves US national interests.

特朗普在其首個總統任期內也曾實施旅行禁令，按照白宮的聲明，禁令限制了來自幾個“審查程序不完善或存在重大安全風險”的國家的人員入境。

The countries facing the total ban were found "to be deficient with regards to screening and vetting and determined to pose a very high risk to the United States", according to a statement provided by the White House.
