在粵港澳大灣區加速融合發展的背景下，2024年4月16日，香港城市大學（東莞）經教育部批準正式成立，成為第四所具有獨立法人資格的內地與香港合作辦學機構。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has been accelerating its integrated development. In this context, on April 16, 2024, the Ministry of Education officially approved the establishment of City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan), the fourth collaborative educational venture between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, with an independent legal identity.

港城大（東莞）選址于松山湖科學城。這里也是大灣區綜合性國家科學中心先行啟動區，匯聚了華為、中國散裂中子源等眾多高新技術企業與科研機構，形成了以新一代信息技術、高端裝備制造為主導的現代化產業集群，為產學研協同發展搭建了天然平臺。

此外，松山湖環境優美，交通便利，營造出舒適的學習工作環境，同時讓學校能夠快速聯通大灣區各核心城市，實現教育與產業資源的高效流動共享。

依托香港城市大學的創新資源，港城大（東莞）不僅承載著深化粵港教育合作的使命，更將在未來成為推動東莞產業轉型的新引擎，為大灣區高質量發展注入強勁動能。

Utilizing the innovative resources of City University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan) undertakes the mission of deepening education cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong. It will also become a new driver for the industrial transformation in Dongguan, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.

教研合一兩校一質創新無限

在2025年QS世界大學排名中，香港城市大學位列全球第62名，同時也是亞洲第10名，香港第3名。此外，該校在2024年和2025年連續兩年被泰晤士高等教育（THE）評為 “全球最國際化大學”。

以“教研合一、兩校一質、創新無限”為辦學理念，港城大（東莞）致力于將港城大先進的管理經驗、國際化的辦學理念、優秀的科研能力和創新的教學方法等優勢和資源引入內地。

Led by the educational philosophies of "Integration of Teaching and Research, Consistency in Academic Excellence, and Innovating into the Future," CityUHK (DG) is committed to bringing CityUHK's strengths and resources to the Chinese mainland, including its advanced management experience, international educational concepts, outstanding research capabilities, and innovative teaching methods.

港城大（東莞）副校長李娟表示，“兩校一質”即港城莞與港城大的教學質量和學術標準保持一致，這是兩校關聯的核心所在。

成立一年多以來，港城莞80％的師資力量來自港城大，并按照港城大的學術標準聘請全球精英。港城莞的所有課程均采用英語教授，符合學位授予資格的港城莞畢業生將同時獲得港城大的學位。

Since the university was established over a year ago, 80 percent of its faculty are from CityUHK, while it recruits talents worldwide in accordance with CityUHK's academic standards. All courses at CityUHK (DG) are delivered in English, and graduates who meet the degree-granting requirements at CityUHK (DG) will receive a degree from CityUHK.

此外，李娟強調說，港城莞注重教學的啟發性、互動性與創新性，通過學業成績、語言能力、國際視野、實踐活動、社區參與等多維度培養學生的就業力，幫助學生為未來的職業發展做好準備。

聚焦前沿科技以興趣錨定未來

港城大（東莞）目前開設有計算機科學與技術、智能制造工程、材料科學與工程、能源與動力工程四大本科專業，和電腦科學、電子資訊工程學、生物醫學工程、材料工程及納米科技、工程管理學、商務資訊系統、數據科學7個研究生專業，旨在響應國家“新工科”教育改革與大灣區產業升級需求。

CityUHK(DG) currently offers four undergraduate programs including computer science and technology, intelligent manufacturing engineering, materials science and engineering, and energy and power engineering, as well as seven graduate programs including computer science, electronic information engineering, biomedical engineering, materials engineering and nanotechnology, engineering management, business information systems, and data science. These programs are designed to respond to the country's "new engineering discipline" education reform and the industrial upgrade of the Greater Bay Area.

以智能制造工程為例，該專業融合了智能制造系統、創新工藝設計與自動化、先進制造技術、系統建模與優化以及質量與可靠性工程等核心領域的基礎知識與技能。作為跨學科項目，其目標在于培養學生運用前沿工程知識、計算技術、實驗方法和分析手段，幫助技術型企業及組織進行規劃、設計和優化。

計算機科學與技術專業則注重計算機科學理論、實踐開發能力和軟件工程管理知識體系的有機結合。在夯實專業基礎的同時，學生可選擇人工智能、數據科學、信息安全、多媒體計算、軟件工程或項目管理等方向進行深入學習。

值得一提的是，與傳統高校入學即定專業的模式不同，港城大（東莞）采用“大類培養+靈活轉專業”模式。

學生在大一期間可以通過通識課程、跨學科講座及實踐項目了解各專業的核心內容與發展前景，根據自身興趣，綜合考量選擇專業。在第二學年兩學期的期末考試成績發布后，學校還將提供兩次調整專業方向的機會。這種機制下，學生將獲得更彈性的發展空間，真正實現“以興趣錨定未來”。

科研創新驅動 賦能職業發展

學術研究之外，港城大（東莞）更注重產學研的深度融合。學校已與包括松山湖材料實驗室、中國散裂中子源、中國移動、華為、蘋果在內的約30家科研機構和企業建立了合作關系。

In addition to academic research, CityUHK (DG) places a strong emphasis on the deep integration of industry, acedemia and research. It has established partnerships with about 30 research institutions and companies, including the Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, the China Spallation Neutron Source, China Mobile and Apple.

這種緊密的校企聯動機制，為學生搭建了高水平實踐平臺，讓他們能夠在真實的產業環境中錘煉專業技能。同時，受益于香港特區政府政策，港城莞學生還可以申請香港的實習和工作機會。

Such a close collaboration between the university and enterprises provides students with high-level practical platforms, allowing them to hone their professional skills in a real industrial environment. Furthermore, benefiting from the policies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government, students at CityUHK(DG) can apply for internship and job opportunities in Hong Kong.

為激發學生創新活力、鼓勵學生創業實踐，港城大推出了“HK Tech 300”創新創業計劃，為優秀項目提供高達百萬港元的天使投資和綜合服務。在去年9月舉辦的HK Tech 300全國創新創業千萬大賽”第二屆頒獎典禮上，港城大（東莞）科技創新中心正式揭牌成立。中心將支持HK Tech 300的初創項目落地東莞，打造集創賽承辦、概念驗證、項目孵化于一體的莞港科創孵化平臺。

港城大（東莞）還在不斷拓展國際化人才培養渠道，為學生提供境外交流、交換和學習的機會。

在校學生目前可申請參與英國倫敦大學學院、荷蘭烏特勒支大學、美國舊金山州立大學、香港城市大學等學校的交流項目，通過體驗國際前沿的教學模式，提升專業素養，培養全球化視野，為未來的學術和職業發展奠定基礎。

Students now can apply to participate in exchange programs of University College London in the United Kingdom, Utrecht University in the Netherlands, San Francisco State University in the United States and CityUHK. By experiencing international advanced teaching models, students can enhance their professional competence, cultivate a global perspective, and lay a foundation for future academic and career development.
