2025年6月11日，國家主席習近平同剛果（布）總統(tǒng)薩蘇分別向中非合作論壇成果落實協(xié)調(diào)人部長級會議致賀信。習近平指出，希望中非雙方繼續(xù)扎實推進峰會成果落實，精心謀劃論壇未來發(fā)展，攜手建設新時代全天候中非命運共同體，為構建人類命運共同體貢獻中非力量。

Chinese President Xi Jinping and President of the Republic of the Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso on June 11, 2025 sent separate congratulatory letters to the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). It is hoped that China and Africa will continue to steadily advance the implementation of the Beijing Summit's outcomes, carefully plan the future development of the FOCAC, join hands to build an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era, and contribute to building a community with a shared future for humanity, said Xi.

為順應國際格局新變化和中非關系新現(xiàn)實，2000年，中非合作論壇應運而生，自此開啟中國與非洲國家整體合作新局面。從宣布建立“新型伙伴關系”，到?jīng)Q定建立和發(fā)展“新型戰(zhàn)略伙伴關系”；從確立中非“全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關系”，到確定構建更加緊密的中非命運共同體……中非合作論壇與時俱進、開拓創(chuàng)新，不斷推動中非關系實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展，成為南南合作的典范和引領國際對非合作的一面旗幟。中非雙方先后舉行了2006年中非合作論壇北京峰會、2015年中非合作論壇約翰內(nèi)斯堡峰會、2018年中非合作論壇北京峰會、2024年中非合作論壇北京峰會。2024年中非合作論壇峰會通過了《關于共筑新時代全天候中非命運共同體的北京宣言》。

宣言提出，雙方充分肯定中非領導人在各種國際場合倡導構建人類命運共同體、高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”、全球發(fā)展倡議、全球安全倡議、全球文明倡議等理念倡議，呼吁世界各國同心協(xié)力，攜手建設持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁榮、開放包容、清潔美麗的世界，推動共商、共建、共享的全球治理，踐行全人類共同價值，推動構建新型國際關系，共同邁向和平、安全、繁榮、進步的光明前景。中方積極支持非洲通過落實非盟《2063年議程》首個十年實施計劃并啟動第二個十年實施計劃加快推進地區(qū)一體化和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的努力。非方贊賞中方支持啟動非盟《2063年議程》第二個十年實施計劃。中方愿同非方在《2063年議程》第二個十年實施計劃確定的優(yōu)先領域加強合作。中非堅持在涉及彼此核心利益和重大關切問題上相互支持。中非雙方將始終秉持歷久彌堅的“中非友好合作精神”，即“真誠友好、平等相待，互利共贏、共同發(fā)展，主持公道、捍衛(wèi)正義，順應時勢、開放包容”，共筑新時代全天候中非命運共同體。
