據央視新聞消息，6月14日，記者從廣東湛江市三防部門了解到，針對今年第1號臺風“蝴蝶”給湛江帶來的嚴重風雨浪潮影響及其次生災害，根據《湛江市自然災害救助應急預案》的規定，經研判，湛江市減災委決定于6月14日16時啟動Ⅳ級救災應急響應。
