我辯護的第一個刑事案件，就是被告人可能被判處死刑的案件，一審判了我當事人4年，當事人不想在看守所待了所以放棄上訴了。因判決結果沒達到我的期望值（3年以下），我一直耿耿于懷，覺得沒能給到當事人最好的結果。
