又是誰出的餿主意，孩子不滿12歲可以彈性居家辦公，俗稱媽媽崗，
我就想問除了國企和事業單位可以享受到好處，那么多的私企怎么可能做到，
越是這樣，私企更不敢用生育女職工了，
這不是往絕路上逼嗎？
怎么不學學歐美一些發達國家，
男女同休產假，媽媽休滿6個月，接著爸爸休6個月，輪流在家照顧寶寶，
這樣就不會歧視生育女職工了。
有好的例子不知道借鑒，真是醉了。
