觀點網訊：6月13日標普確認萬科企業股份有限公司(China Vanke Co., Ltd.簡稱“萬科企業”02202.HK)及其子公司萬科地產(香港)有限公司(Vanke Real Estate (Hong Kong) Company Limited簡稱“萬科香港”)的“B-”長期發行人信用評級以及萬科香港高級無抵押票據的“B-”發行評級。
同時將上述評級從信用觀察名單中移出此前上述評級于2025年3月5日被列入發展中信用觀察名單。
