6月13日，市場監管總局新聞發言人、新聞宣傳司司長王秋蘋在市場監管總局2025年二季度例行新聞發布會上通報1—5月經營者集中審查情況。今年1—5月，總局收到經營者集中申報289件，審結280件，同比增長9.9%和12.0%。平均審結周期縮短到24.6天，審批效能與市場活躍度實現雙提升。（證券時報）
