5月29日，在北京工作的鄧女士向大象新聞記者反映，她去年5月把自己的房子租了出去，今年到期后退租，發現智能鎖打不開了，向中介了解情況后得知，是租客找開鎖公司修改了密碼。鄧女士稱，我花了幾千塊錢買的智能鎖，租客花了80塊錢就給搞定了。
