天合光能6月13日公告，公司擬通過全資子公司天合能投向公司控股子公司江蘇天合儲能有限公司（簡稱“天合儲能”）增資8億元，天合儲能其他股東放棄此次增資的優先認購權。增資完成后，公司對天合儲能的控制權比例將由57.17%增至64.31%。
